  1. By using www.organiccuts.co.za you agree to these terms.
  2. Products: Organic, seasonal, availability changes. Size/color may vary. Images illustrative.
  3. Prices: In ZAR, incl VAT. We can change prices due to harvest. Orders confirmed after payment.
  4. Orders: If harvest low we may substitute similar value, we will inform you.
  5. Delivery: Pretoria R80-R150, JHB R150-R250. Free over R750 in PTA. Collection from Garsfontein by appointment.
  6. Returns: Fresh produce cannot be returned unless wrong/defective. Report within 24hrs with photo to info@organiccuts.co.za for refund/exchange.
  7. Farm visits: Book first. Children supervised.
  8. Content: All logo, photos owned by Organic Cuts. No copying.
  9. Liability limited to amount paid.
  10. Law: South Africa, Gauteng courts.
